Whales, dolphins and sharks

Whales, dolphins and sharks are considered of the most biggest creatures under seas which attack people sometimes and help him by different ways >

Whale s

When we talk about them we say that here are two types of whale - those with teeth and those without. The two sorts of whales, toothed and whalebone, appear to have been separate since at least 40 million years ago.
Blue Whale, the Humpback Whale and the Minke Whale, among others. All of these are -called 'whalebone'
Some kinds of Whales can be in small groups in the open seas and are found in all oceans.
They are very fast-swimming creatures, and show similar migratory patterns to Blue Whales, with a general northwards movement of southern animals into warmer waters for breeding during the southern winter season. After breeding, the whales return to the Antarctic.
We have now some of the most

Sperm whale
in this kind of Whales Females twice the size of males and weighs 50 tons,
you can find this kind in Open sea, in schools of 15-20 whales
it Can dive to 2250m depth, can swim 22km/h, lives off octopus, shellfish and seals, can live up to 50 years and its
Size can be 13-25m

Bowhead (Balaenoptera physalus)

This is Second longest whale in the world, blows thin air/water vertically 4-7m, female larger than male.
Can be existed in Open sea
it also Can dive for 4-30 minutes, lives off fish and can live up to 80 years.

and its
Size can be 27,3m

Dolphins

There are many kinds of Dolphins such as those inhabited in the rivers of India and which is almost blind, only able to distinguish vague shapes and light from dark.
Examining the dolphin you can see that The bones have evolved this way to aid direction finding by sonar - the dolphin's sonar blips return back to its head at very slightly different times from different directions. This is known as echo-location

Dolphins are conscious breathers, actually having to think about rising to the surface, opening their blowholes, and breathing. From Russian studies carried out in the early 1970's, we know that dolphins catnap in 2 to 3-minute stretches, actually shutting down one hemisphere of their brain at a time.

There are many kinds of Dolphins such as:

Dolphin (Delphinus delphis)

It has long jaws with sharp teeth, dark gray or black sides
Can be existed in Open sea, near coasts
It is Very social and intelligent, lives in flocks, the shark's only natural enemy since they can ram their sides with their hard noses > in this kind the Size can be 2,5m

Sharks

When we go to sharks we feel panic as they are related in our minds with blood , fear and killing people >
There are many kinds of sharks such as the following :
Blue Shark :

When we describe this kind we find that it is : Blue gray, white underneath, triangular teeth
It can be found in Open sea
It is about 4m

---------------

Hammer Head Shark

You can easily recognize it by its Flat head, shaped as a hammer with eyes on each edge
It can be found in Open and also about 4m
]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]

(Cetorhinus maximus)

This kind has a big mouth with small teeth

can be found in Open sea, sometimes shallow waters
it is about 15 m .
--------------------------------------

Great White Shark

It is Silver gray, big, triangular, jagged teeth
can be found in Open sea , always about 12m
as it is big and dangerous so it is
not what you want to see when you go swimming

Can dolphins really beat up sharks?

This question was coming to our minds because of the incident that took place at the Miami in the 1950's. When a Sandbar Shark showed with three of the adult male dolphins ganged up on the shark, butting it in the gills and stomach until it died.

. There is also a record of a Bottlenose Dolphin off California killing a two-foot Leopard Shark (then supporting it at the surface .

Those accidents raises doubts about tales of dolphins 'rescuing' human swimmers .
perhaps it was dolphin game as we now that dolphins are really friendly .

so this question leads as to this fact that dolphins Usually do not beat up sharks unless the shark is relatively small.
This also leads us to a simple fact that dolphins are able to classify sharks as either dangerous or not dangerous

How Do Sharks Swim When Asleep?

There is some big questions about whether or not sharks sleep and, if they do, how do they swim while unconscious:

Some writers said that “ Sleep is one of the last bastions of mystery that Science has yet to conquer. Despite several centuries of study, speculation, and debate, we still really don't know what sleep is or why we need to 'shut down' periodically “
they also added “ we just don't know. There have been reports from all over the globe, including Mexico, Japan, and Australia, of sharks resting motionless in caves.
These have been called "sleeping sharks", but we can attest that the eyes of these quiescent sharks do follow divers moving about in the caves with them, so they're definitely not asleep

SHARK TEETH

Sharks have the most powerful jaws on the planet. Unlike most animals' jaws, both the sharks' upper and lower jaws move.
A shark bites with it's lower jaw first and then its upper. It tosses its head back and forth to tear loose a piece of meat which it swallows whole.

موضوعين عن الـfriendship
--------------------

(1)

Friendship, as understood here, is a personal relationship that is grounded in a concern on the part of each friend for the welfare of the other, for the other's sake. As such, friendship is undoubtedly central to our lives, in part because the special concern we have for our friends must have a place within a broader set of concerns, including moral concerns, and in part because our friends can help shape who we are as persons. Given this centrality, important questions arise concerning the justification of friendship and, in this context, whether it is permissible to “trade up” when someone new comes along, as well as concerning the possibility of reconciling the demands of friendship with the demands of morality in cases in which the two seem to conflict.

Friendship is more than just being friends. It is a connection deep within the spiritual soul that is an unearned gift of love.

“True friendship is seen through the heart not through the eyes.”
Unknown

Friendship is one of those parts of life that we at times take for granted. It rolls off of our tongues as if we expect it to be present in all areas of our lives. I hear our ‘friendship is forever’ or ‘friends always’ is a common thread that runs through our lives. But in truth how many true friendships do you have? Think for a moment and list those you feel are true friends and those with which you have a close relationship. Are they true friends? Is their friendship from the heart? How many people do you truly see as friends?

“Friendship is a living thing that lasts only as long as it is nourished with kindness, empathy and understanding.”
Author Unknown

Friendship is a gift that two people give to each other. It is not an expected result of meeting but a true and unanticipated gift of enormous potential. True friends form a special connection that will weather any storm. True friends understand being human and give the other room to grow. True friends are there even when they are not expected to be present. True friends know and cherish each other’s gift.

“Friendship is love with understanding.”
Author Unknown

Friendship is a path of unrelenting compassion. It is a view of life that encompasses not just your life but the life of the other. It is a special bond that is created out of genuine affection and is given freely to those who have shown their truth. It is given without the thought of reward but with the essence of the heart which longs for this special connection.

“Life is to be fortified by many friendships. To love and to be loved is the greatest happiness of existence.”
Sydney Smith (1771 - 1845)

When friendship comes from the heart it forms a link to our soul that cannot be broken. It connects so strongly that even death does not sever the cord. That type of friendship exists forever in the realm of wonder for true friendship is genuinely a wondrous thing. It connects the physical with the spiritual and creates an energy that is impossible to describe.

“False friendship, like the ivy, decays and ruins the walls it embraces; but true friendship gives new life and animation to the object it supports.”
Richard Burton

Friendship brings light into your world for it gives you the missing link to your soul. It provides a passageway from one heart to another and allows the transference of peace and solitude. Friendship gives and receives all that your innermost spirit desires for within friendship you will discover the Creator’s love.

“The best mirror is an old friend.”
George Herbert, 1651

When you look at your true friends you will uncover who you are. You will see a reflection of your soul and will in turn become educated in the pathway you follow. You will see your world before you and will see without any doubts the truth of your way. You see true friends are simply your self in disguise. By uncovering that disguise you see before your eyes the world you created and the being your have become.

“What is a friend? A single soul dwelling in two bodies.”
Aristotle (384 BC - 322 BC), from Diogenes Laertius, Lives of Eminent Philosophers

By understanding the true value of a friend you begin to see the importance of looking at the reflection they provide and peering into the life you lead. You will see all the gifts you bring into the world as well as any shortcoming you may possess. You will also become a witness to the beauty, wonder, and peace that you give to the world and understand your contribution to the ongoing discoveries you will make.

“Remember, the greatest gift is not found in a store nor under a tree, but in the hearts of true friends.”
Cindy Lew

Think of your true friends and be grateful for the gifts they bring to your life. Allow your hearts to connect and bring comfort to each other. Expand your world by seeing through their eyes. Give them your love in return for each friend you have is an unearned gift that should be accepted with grace and thankfulness.

“Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born.”
